Take a look at Bright Works, our micro volunteering app for charity tasks >>
We need your ideas!
Bright One is only able to provide the low-cost PR and Communications support it does through working with volunteers from the industry. Our volunteers range from experienced PR professionals, who guide the campaigns, to graduates and career changers looking to break into the sector for the first time.
We need to speak to PR professionals on how to make the experience appealing and valuable for PRs that could volunteer from agencies, as well as the agencies themselves. Because of this, we’re holding a focus group in May, where you can find out more about the initiative, how to get involved, and let us know how we can make it a fantastic volunteering experience for you.
There’ll be drinks, nibbles and a chance to network with the great and the good of the industry, so this is your chance to make a real difference to the future direction of Bright One!
The focus group is taking place on Wednesday 6th May from 6:30 – 8:30pm at UnLtd (UnLtd is a charity which supports social entrepreneurs and has lent us its offices):

If you’re interested in coming along, simply email focusgroupfun@brightone.org.uk and we’ll get in touch to confirm your attendance.
If you can’t make it, don’t worry! There’ll be plenty of opportunities to get involved and you can even leave us your ideas over at our UserVoice Forum.
Hope to see you on the 6th!
