The offices of UnLtd were the location for the first of a series of focus groups that Bright One is running over the coming months.
In attendance were communication professionals from a range of third sector organisations, all with different sizes, resources and processes for their comms activity.
Lots of useful insight was given as to how third sector organisations work and the aspects of their communications that work well (and the aspects that don’t work so well), as well as how Bright One could potentially work with these organisations to help support and improve upon their communications activity.
We’ll be looking closely at all of the points raised at the focus group to see how Bright One can better help its clients. We’re also going be running another focus group in the coming months, so please contact us if you would like to be involved.
