Having started her career in Canada at a bank in corporate sponsorships, she hopped the pond in 2007 and promptly made herself a home at Profero, a full service digital agency.  Today Rachel works as a word of mouth/social media specialist at 1000 Heads, a London based global Word of Mouth agency.

When she’s not in the office she can usually be found buzzing to caffeine all over South West London – in her spare time Rachel is also an amateur artist, blogger, friend, book worm, gym lover and avid philanthropist.
